Hooray For Rudy - Mentioned Over 10 Times On Studio B

Reported by Donna - December 20, 2007 -

On Studio B with Shepard Smith today, they had Trace Gallagher filling in for Shepard. As usual, he was all giddy and happy, especially when he talked about the Republicans.

It seems last night Rudy Giuliani was rushed to the hospital with a headache and flu like symptoms. Well, you would have thought that a King had taken ill.

They kept panning to the front of the hospiital and repeating the same things. He was brought in with a headached and flu like symptoms. He was due to be released in good health any minute. I stopped counting at 11, the times they mentioned him. They even had his wife, Judith Nathan on to say he was in excellent health and they'd like to wish everyone a happy holiday. A happy holiday? Isn't that against the war on Christmas that O'Reilly runs every year? Shouldn't Giuliani have said Merry Christmas?

He finally walked out of the hospital and said hello to the media, thanked the hospital staff and got into his limo. This was from the beginning to the end of Studio B.

It was like a worship was going on for a man who was in "excellent health."

Comments: My, my, when Fox goes overboard on Republicans they really go overboard. I wonder if Hillary would have got as much and as sympathetic coverage as this?
