Bill O'Reilly Claims Recession Talk Is Partisan Ploy

Reported by Deborah - November 27, 2007 -

Bill O'Reilly thinks any talk of a possible recession is ridiculous since 147 million went shopping this weekend. Of course he went after the usual suspects, New York Times, Atlanta Journal Constitution and Seattle Post Intelligencer for printing articles on the subject claiming that it's all about the election noting, "If the economy does go into recession, Hillary Clinton becomes President". 11/26/07

Margaret Hoover was BOR's perfect cheerleader wailing that nobody screamed recession at the end of Clinton's term adding that there was a " correction "which George Bush sat on". Then she stated that a " correction is likely" ahead but not a recession. explaining that a correction is when the economy slows down and a recession is when it shrinks.

Bill O'Reilly failed to mention the article in Rupert Murdoch's Wall Street Journal about recession possibilities or the Reuters article from today.
