VP Cheney Taken To Hospital With Atrial Fibrullation

Reported by Donna - November 26, 2007 -

It's just been reported on Studio B with Shepard Smith that Cheney has atrial fibrullation and this can put a lot of strain on the heart. He was originally taken to the hospital with a cough and cold.

Cheney has a history of heart problems with his 1st heart attack in 1978, 2nd in 84, third in 88, 4th in 2000 and then a stint put in in 2001 and another case of irregular heartbeat in 2001. He was also put on blood thinners back in March of this year.

Dr. Steven Garner (a regular on Studio B) said he should relieve himself from any stressful situations.
