Studio B Worried About The 10 - 20 Million Dollar Homes Being Threatened By The Wild Fires In Southern California

Reported by Donna - October 22, 2007 -

Studio B spent practically the entire show talking about the wild fires in Southern California. Trace Gallagher said that Courtney Cox lives on the beach and Errol Flynn and Gloria Swanson used to live there. He said there was a history of celebrities living there since the 1930's. Trace Gallagher called it a big celebrity enclave and many of them were there today trying to save these 10's of millions of dollars homes. (Even though it was reported earlier in the show that Malibu was closed off to residents)

They continued the name dropping, that Cher and Mel Gibson used to live on the beach but now lived in the hills of Malibu.

Jonathan Hunt said that the owner of the LA Clippers had lost a 15 million dollar home. He added that Tom Hanks, Jim Carrey and others were all very concerned.

Comments: When tragedy hits the people, Fox will report it. Now, we know they're not fans of celebrities but they do love the almighty buck. So why did they name drop the celebrities? We report, you decide.
