Bill O'Reilly and Laura Ingraham: Super Heros Dedicated To A Republican Victory in 2008

Reported by Deborah - September 26, 2007 -

Laura Ingraham had two segments on The Factor last night, 9/25/07, providing support for wounded O'Reilly who was whining about being unfairly attacked by Media Matters and CNN and also to plug her book, Power To The People. Ingraham and O'Reilly were in perfect sync playing America's Super Heros dedicated to saving their righteous countrymen from the dark forces of the Left.

In the first segment Ingraham referred to the Soros websites three times which certainly soothed BOR's fury over being misunderstood and taken out of context by the nasty liberal MSM. Poor Bill was feeling discouraged claiming they were all spreading left wing propaganda and couldn't be stopped. Ingraham consoled him saying that people should find " responsible" media outlets like FOX News for the truth adding the possibility of turning to "spiritual" news as an alternative.

BOR was pleased that Ingrahams book was #1 on the NYT Bestsellers List. If you hurry, you can get a copy of Power To The People for free from the Conservative Book Club who must have stocked up. O'Reilly didn't mention the offer to his viewers.

Here's a blurb from The Conservative Book Club's review of the book.

"Power to the people! This has been the Left's slogan for decades -- but it has meant nothing for liberals except more power for them and less for free Americans. Now acclaimed radio host Laura Ingraham is calling for real power to be restored to the people -- by the revival of traditional conservative principles, which, she argues compellingly here, constitute the true empowerment agenda. Power to the People is her call to arms, a ringing rallying cry to Americans to fight back -- to shake off our lethargy, reconnect with our American heritage, and fight for our culture and our country."

Ingraham didn't mention the "call to arms" part last night in her own summary of the book. She acted as if she was advocating power to all the people. Warning about "cultural danger", she claimed people feel "helpless and hopeless" She blamed the "tabloid" media and expressed support for working parents who are doing their best.

There was no hint of propaganda from Laura and Bill last night. That's something only their imaginary Soros funded websites do. The Super Duo acknowledged that they were fighting the same battle. Ingraham said it was for "the next generation" and I say it's for the next election.
