Doctored Footage On FOX News?

On last night's (6/19/07) Hannity & Colmes, during a discussion about unrest in the Middle East, B-roll footage of demonstrating Arabs (read dangerous) set fire to a British flag. But the footage appears to have been doctored or, at the very least, edited, in order to provide the incendiary (pun intended) footage of a flag burning. With video.
At about 1:20 into the video at the end of this post, the crowd sets fire to the flag from its bottom, as shown in the screen grab below. The flag singes along a deteriorating bottom but does not ignite.
After a jump to someone's face, we see the flag again, this time with a full-blown conflagration emanating from the center of an otherwise intact flag.
