FOXNews.com yanks Cheney Impeachment article, link leads to Edwards/Clinton article

Reported by Chrish - February 23, 2007 -

RadarOnline has noted that FOXNews.com yanked an article titled "GQ drafts Articles of Impeachment against VP Cheney" and replaced it with an article about John Edwards and Hillary Clinton.

As of now, GoogleNews is still carrying the headline:

and a search of the FOXNews.com website yields

However, when you click on the story link, http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,253663,00.html , you get this:

It appears someone higher up does not want the FOX News demographic to know something. We know of Cheney's devotion to FOX News and vice-versa - it's quite plausible that one of his minions ordered the article taken down. The irony of replacing it with an article unflattering to opponents is not lost on us, either. Talk about your state-run media!

Expect another attack on GQ soon.

H/T Sean for the heads-up.
