John Gibson: Ken Mehlman Has Virtually Conceded The House

I’ve been listening to FOX News Radio tonight. John Gibson has been relatively chipper and upbeat. But he suddenly changed his tone as he’s now announcing that Ken Mehlman has “virtually conceded the House... If the Republicans maintain control of the Senate, it appears it will be by one seat.”
