Fred Barnes Says the GOP is Always Willing to Nominate "A Black"

During the panel discussion on African-American candidates in this election, Fred Barnes - apparent old-school racist said, "They [the GOP] were willing to nominate a black, (my emphasis) but always in a race that was not winnable."
