Fox News Live w/Bill Hemmer Now Called Fox On Line

Reported by Donna - August 29, 2006 -

They've changed their name but kept their focus. The first half of the newly named Fox On Line was spent on a press conference with the District Attorney in Boulder, Colorado, regarding the
mistaken arrest of Mark Karr.

The other half? Well, it was spent on President Bush in New Orleans, thanking everyone and bragging about how much he's done and is going to do for the city of New Orleans.

Comment: New name, same old setup. Why on earth a half an hour was spent on a person who had nothing to do with a local murder in Boulder, Colorado is beyond me. The president's speech? Expected.

What's happening in Iraq? Won't get that information from this show. Another case of showcasing the president and another story that just diverts and deflects from real national stories.
