Fox Guest Reveals: Bush Sucks At Diplomacy With North Korea
Reported by Donna - June 19, 2006
No, he didn't say that but he did in a roundabout way. Today on Studio B with Shepard Smith, he was speaking with frequent guest Michael O'Hanlon from the Brookings Instituion about the situation with North Korea and their possible ability to launch a missile into the United States.
In the past, O'Hanlon said that various presidents since Jimmy Carter had given North Korea incentives to keep them from developing or growing their nuclear capabilities. He said that President Bush doesn't believe in incentives and North Korea's answer to the 'no incentives plan' was to build 7 or 8 nuclear warheads.
Comments: I'd say he doesn't think that Bush has done so well at dealing diplomatically with North Korea. Sucks is my word, though I'd say this is pretty much the definition for the situation. I'm sure that O'Hanlon was trying to go middle of the road, but sometimes the truth just comes out.
