Outrageous Quote of the Week - Week of June 4

Reported by Marie Therese - June 12, 2006

Former history teacher Bill O'Reilly was hands down the winner of last week's poll, with a whopping 61% of you agreeing that the Great Bloviator crossed the line with his outrageous and completely false statement accusing WWII American soldiers of murdering unarmed German soldiers.

So, who will the big winner be this week? Check out the five options below the fold and cast your vote for the one you think is the most Outrageous Quote of the Week.

Option A: "I think that syphilis has gone to their brains." - Ann Coulter, speaking about the Florida prosecutors who have accused her of voter fraud. (Hannity & Colmes, June 6, 2006)

Option B: "The thing I thought that was beyond the pale was saying that the widows enjoyed their husband's demise. I don't like her tactics, but Franken lies and Coulter doesn't." - Bill O'Reilly, speaking to David Horowitz (The O'Reilly Factor, June 8, 2006)

Option C: "Ann Coulter is a national treasure and her point is right on the mark. The difference between Ann Coulter on the right and Al Franken on the left is that she's funnier and smarter. They're both in the field of political satire and make statements that for others would be over the top." - David Horowitz to Bill O'Reilly (The O'Reilly Factor, June 8, 2006)

Option D: "Maybe we should have Supreme Leader Bush. I kind of like the sound of that." – Bill Kristol (FOX News Sunday, June 4, 2006)

Option E: "General, I gotta tell you, when I got up this morning and I turned on the FOX News channel and I got to see that video, with pinpoint accuracy, those 500 pound bombs, one after another being dropped on this man and this location. I gotta tell you. It gives me goosebumps." - Sean Hannity, speaking to Gen, Tommy Franks about the killing of Al-Zarqawi (Hannity & Colmes, June 8, 2006)
