Fox News Alerts Get More & More Ridiculous

Watching a full hour of Fox News Live with Gregg Jarrett substituting for Bill Hemmer (12 - 1 p.m.) today, your neck would have hurt from the ampount of Fox News Alerts announced. However, 5 Fox News Alerts were the same alert and for something that was going to happen in an hour.
5 times FNL thought it was an alert that officials at Duke University were going to have a news conference -- at 2:00 p.m.!!
Then they had two Fox News Alerts to let us know that RepresentativePatrick Kennedy had gotten out of rehab - on Friday!
Comment: What a use of News Alerts - they no longer make me pay attention, they're now an afterthought, certainly not the Special Bulletins of my childhood where you knew significant news was occurring. Just some more endless prattle from the home of bells and whistles, Fox News.
