President Still Claiming That Iraq Has, Had WMD'S

Fox News Live with Bill Hemmer (12 - 1 p.m.) kept having Fox News Alerts saying that the president had a very important speech coming up on immigration. Fox proceeded to air the entire speech that President Bush made. Before he spoke about illegal immigration (referred to only as 'immigration' by the president) he spoke, of course about 9/11 several times.
Then he said it, "Iraq....has.....had....weapons of mass destruction and has the knowledge as to how to make weapons of mass destruction."
Comment: How, with a serious face can this man continue to speak about Iraq having weapons of mass destructions, of having the knowledge as how to make them? I don't even know if he knows of what he speaks anymore.
And he is so desperate that he has to make constant references to 9/11? Is this all that's left for him?
