F & Balanced Team?

I'm getting ready to go over my tape of Studio B but something Shepard Smith said in his closing caught my attention. He was talking about a new employee of Fox News that would be on his 7 p.m. Fox Report show and here's how he described it, "Another new member of the F and Balanced Team."
Comment: Just thought you might have some fun with this. Was it a freudian slip? Or can't Shepard Smith say the word 'Fair' when it comes to Fox News anymore?
