Students Paid To Spy On Instructors

Reported by Deborah - January 19, 2006

No need for students to sell their old textbooks for extra cash. All they need to do is secretly tape their instructors speaking out against Bush and they get paid $100. Sean Hannity told one of the callers to his radio show all about this money making opportunity after she complained about her liberal teacher. 1/18/06

The caller complained that two of the books for the course were endorsed by Hillary Clinton and another was endorsed by Michael Moore. Then she claimed that the teacher opened the class by announcing that he was a Liberal who hated President Bush calling him a terrorist. Hannity sympathized and told her that an organization at UCLA would pay her $100. for information about the professor adding that despite what critics think, this is not McCarthyism. He asked her to stay on the line so he could give her some numbers to call.

The Bruin Alumni Association claim that they are trying to expose any radical instructors, left or right, but they released a list of radical instructors called the "Dirty Thirty" and everyone listed is on the left. The new alumni group is headed by a former student leader of campus Republicans , Andrew Jones, 24, who claims to have collected $22,000. to be used to pay students $100. for tapes and notes that incriminate the instructor

comment:This is most definitely McCarthyism and Hannity knows it. One look at the Bruin Alumni website reveals Andrew Jones true agenda and what side of the political spectrum he's targeting. The dangerous radical that needs to be exposed is Andrew Jones.
