GrapeWhine Summary - Week of Dec 5

Reported by Nancy - December 11, 2005 -

The same themes keep cropping up on the "Grapevine" segment of Special Report. Last week was a bonanza for positive mentions of GOPs, with Bush leading the pack with an impressive 5 positive mentions. Only 2 Dems got positive mentions -- Sens H Clinton (D-NY) & B Obama (D-IL) -- & both of those were because of their alleged support of Bush's "plan" for Iraq. But Brit Hume was "fair & balanced" about Obama: later in the week, Obama got a sneering negative mention because he was nominated for a Grammy. No surprises here, just more data.
