Fox Military Analyst Says It's Our Own Troops Fault That Iraqi Troops Won't Stand Up

A segment on Studio B with Shepard Smith brought out a new reason why the Iraqi troops aren't standing up when we stand down. It came from Fox Military Analyst, Bill Cowan. Cowan is a retired Marine officer and now serves as a gung ho military analyst on Fox and is a frequent guest on Studio B.
Guess what he's stating is the reason that we can't get the Iraqi troops to stand up?
I couldn't believe it when I heard him say it, but Cowan said one of the reasons that the Iraqi troops aren't standing up is that our own troops (he called them our own war fighters) want to go after the insurgents themselves so, they are being greedy and want to go out and fight the insurgents themselves and are not letting the Iraqi's do the job because of this. To hear Cowan tell it - they don't want to come home, they don't even want to let the Iraqi's do the shooting.
I've heard lots of reasons of why we can't get the Iraqi troops trained and I never realized that our troops were keeping them from fighting.
Comment: You would think that our soldiers would like to hand everything over to the Iraqi security troops and come home, but according to Cowan our 'war fighters' don't want to share going after the insurgents with the Iraqis. They want the insurgents all to themselves.
Ok, sure.
