Yesterday (11/21), viewers of Dayside were told there is nothing going on in the world more important than the faulty landing gear of a corporate jet.

Comment: Apparently, the Nike Jet story was the only important event going on in the world yesterday. So important, in fact, Dayside did not break for commercial once, and spent the entire show with a shot of the plane circling above the Portland, OR airport. Don't worry though, they made sure the American public was relieved to know the CEO and Vice President of Nike were not, I repeat, were NOT on the plane. *Whew*!
Thank god for Dayside, without them I would have no distraction from actual news.
