Coulter Gleefully Prepares For Battle With Democrats

Ann Coulter seems to be everywhere in recent days patting herself on the back for bringing down Harriet Miers. Although delighted about Sam Alito, she seemed more ecstatic about the chance to fight Democrats over the confirmation telling Hannity,
"Thanks to Mamma Alito, we're going to have the battle we've been waiting for."
Coulter was referring to the slip made by Alito's Mother telling reporters that her son was against abortion. General Coulter and her loyal troops are hoping that the Democrats filibuster Alito prompting the Republicans to employ the "nuclear option".
Returning to the Harriet Miers episode, Coulter spoke of defeating Bush. "We beat him. Now all is right with the world." Coulter claimed in her staccato chatter that Bush saw that conservatives were ready to take him on so he gave up.
Brent Bozell continued the glory talk about the Conservative take over stating that this victory will let Conservatives redefine the issues. Bozell getting emotional made this proclamation.
" I believe in the right to life for the unborn. I want to start talking about it."
Hannity then joined in with an inspiring thought saying that Republicans have been drifting recently until this past week. The amens and hallalujahs could almost be heard in the background.
Earlier in the show Trent Lott called in to talk about the closed session called by the Democrats today. Lott was all huffy claiming that the Democrats interrupted their important work cutting the deficit adding that there are a lot of people getting benefits that don't deserve them. Hannity called the Democrats out of control repeating his favorite lie of the week. "We don't even know if she was covert."
comment: Hannity, Coulter and Bozell really believe that their glory days will continue and everyone will remain hypnotized. Winter is approaching in the red states too and people are worried about heating their homes since the cost has gone up by 70%. Low income families can no longer depend on Federal help since that program has been cut. Health Insurance premiums have jumped another 15% this year and corporations are unable or unwilling to absorb the costs. Tuition has increased while financial aid has been chopped for all but the very poorest families.
Everyone knows that global warming is very real and their President has done everything in his power to avoid correcting the problem.
Everyone red and blue have been screwed equally by this administration and the Republican Party and now they know it. So I'm willing to bet that Coulter's glory days are on the wane.
