Fox Suggests Bush is an Environmentalist!

Immediately prior to the "Biz Blast" portion of Your World today (September 26, 2005), during which Neil Cavuto reported that George Bush asked American consumers to conserve fuel, Cavuto wondered whether Bush is, "turning into an environmentalist?"
Comment: What? Bush utters the word "conserve," and now he's an environmentalist? Are these guys wacko to raise Bush's poll numbers or what?
