Cindy Sheehan - Meet Lynne Cheney

Guess who's coming to Washington the same day as Cindy Sheehan? You got it. Lynne Cheney, wife of the Vice-President. According to a C-SPAN2 Special Alert issued today, they will be broadcasting the National Book Fair live from the National Mall this Saturday! In addition to Mrs. Cheney, the scheduled authors include Andrea Mitchell, Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison, Thomas Friendman, David Brooks, Andrew Carroll, Joseph Ellis, David McCullough, Robert Carter, Steve Roberts and Robert McNeil. They will be in the exact same place at the exact same time as tens of thousands of Americans protesting the war in Iraq.
