Emailer Nails Cavuto (But, Natch, He Doesn't Get It)

Neil Cavuto shamelessly promoted his new book at the end of Your World today (September 21, 2005). He showed the book's cover, he reminded viewers that they could go to Mycavuto.com to order a copy, and he read several viewer emails. Below is one email that gave me, and the people behind the scenes in Cavuto's studio, a good laugh. Cavuto managed a slight smile but didn't think it was funny.
The writer wrote:
MyCavuto-Dot-This! You're a pompous, egocentric anchor dolt who has no more insights into the world than your beloved President Bush has into natural disaster help. How about next time, My-I'm-an-Ass-Dot-Com?
