Neil Cavuto Literally Doesn't Know What He's Talking About

Today (September 20, 2005), during Your World w/Neil Cavuto, Fox aired video of George Bush holding a quick photo op "presser" in New Orleans. After Fox returned to Cavuto in New York, Cavuto said,
As he was speaking, we're getting news that the mayor of Galveston, Texas is already taking [sic] plans to order a voluntary evacuation of the city and he is, maybe in a reference to New Orleans and the problem they had there, providing buses, and emergency transport, to make sure that they can.
Comment: Hey Neil, Mr. Never-Mind-the-Facts-News-Guy, I know that bashing the Democratic mayor of New Orleans, Ray Nagin, is high on your list of priorities, but I thought you might want to know that a woman named Lyda Ann Thomas is the mayor of Galveston, Texas.
