Thank goodness for the Internets. Without this vast sharing of information we'd be left to the woefully inadequate "reportage" of the corporate media.
With Fox News leading the way and the rest of the profit-minded megaphones trying to get a piece of the action, Americans are increasingly ill-informed about their government's inner workings and the world in which we live.
We're up to our eyeballs in the Holloway/Twitty family tragedy and Michael Jackson's bizarre bahvior, but who knows how many Iraqi women and children have been killed because of Bush's elective war? Or what mathemeticians are saying about the 2004 election?
