Did The Head Of Fema Pad His Resume?

Just heard on Alan Colmes' radio show: Michael Brown, the head of FEMA, who has come under heavy criticism for his management of hurricane relief last week, seems to have padded his resume and is even less qualified for the job than we thought. Check out the article on Time.com. Time not only found a number of discrepancies in Brown's official biography, it also questioned how rigorously the White House vetted him before putting him in charge of FEMA.
