Bush Meeting Right Now ONLY with Republican Governors

Right at this minute, President Bush is doing his photo-op with Governor Riley of Alabama and Governor Barbour of Mississippi, both Republicans, in an aircraft hangar, being briefed by a bunch of people telling him what they've been doing. He did not ask one question of anyone. He's giving a speech. Where's Louisiana's Democratic Governor Kathleen Blanco? Is Bush only going to take care of Republican victims?
