To Cavuto re His Rant About Foreign Sympathy
Reported by Melanie - September 1, 2005
On Tuesday, Fox's Neil Cavuto whined that foreign countries hadn't called "to wish us well" in the wake of Hurricane Katrina.
Yesterday (August 31, 2005) we received a Gmail (it's not clear whether it was meant for us or for Cavuto) that responds beautifully to Cavuto's rant. I have omitted the name, but here it is in its original form:
August 31, 2005
Mr. Cavuto, floods in Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Bulgaria, Romania. Fire in Portugal. Famine and AIDS in sub Sahara Africa. Monsoon and flooding in India. Mine disaster weekly for the past 6 weeks in China. Typhoon in Taiwan. Notice anything here.
France picking up some of the slack in Afghanistan and the Indian Ocean, and assisting in the "war on terror" by sharing intel on terrorist.
And you whine that no one has called or is it that they haven't gone on TV to publicly say how horrible that the US has suffered this disaster and help will be coming ASAP.
Go it alone Bush...
