Hannity On The Radio
Yesterday Jeanine Pirro told Hannity that she was not going to attack Senator Hillary Clinton during the campaign and then immediately started attacking her. Hannity encouraged the attack claiming that Hillary had "her hit squad" working on Pirro. 8/25/05
Pirro said,"New Yorkers want a Senator who's working for them." Using John Kerry as an example, Pirro claimed that Clinton would be absent while campaigning. She added that Clinton would be thinking about "her next job" and would ignore her job as Senator.
Attacking Clinton's performance, Pirro claimed that she didn't get enough Homeland Security money for New York . To make her point, Pirro said that American Samoa recieved $100. a head and New Yorkers recieved $5.
The population of American Samoa is 57,000 bringing them $5,700,000 while New York's population of 193 million brings the state close to $1,000,000,000.
Hannity prodded her about Clinton's performance asking if she had gotten any bills passed. Pirro claimed that only the bills that "named buildings" or things like that got through.
That attack tactic was Hannity's favorite during the Kerry campaign when he harped that Kerry did nothing for 19 years.
Pirro bragged that she was going to shake every hand in every county adding, "I don't even have to listen to the people because I'm a New Yorker."
Someone should coach Pirro on clarity of expression because that last comment would not inspire anyone's confidence.
