Hannity's "Take Back America " Campaign Was A Disgraceful Waste

Does anyone remember Sean Hannity's Take Back America Rally in California in December 2004 ,centering around a teacher in the Cupertino, California School system. Fox and especially Hannity turned this case into a huge campaign claiming that The Declaration of Independence was banned because of references to God.
Well, the results are now in and the case settled in the favor of the Cupertino Schools. The teacher who was portrayed as a Christian martyr by Hannity has been transferred to higher grade levels which are more appropriate for his teaching style.
Maybe the teacher's fate was never the issue but only a vehicle for Hannity's theater of the absurd
