The Rove Scandal Is Disappearing From Studio B
Reported by Donna - July 20, 2005
Today on Studio B, with Greg Kelly still substituting for Shepard Smith, the Rove scandal is starting to disappear from the show.
A brief segment featured a story on the government considering a Federal law to protect journalists from having to give up their sources.
But, hey, they still had five minutes to keep us updated on the Natalee Holloway story. Yes, five minutes, 3:20 until 3:25 and it included Aruba bashing.
Comment: Is the reason it wasn't aired was because Shepard Smith has not been on this week and he has been a little vociferous lately in his reporting on the Rove scandal?
Another note, just before I switched the channel from CNN to Fox - CNN said that the Rove/Valerie Plame story would be upcoming in the next segment. So, I guess CNN is still going with the story.
A story on a possible crime of treason or the Natalee Holloway story? Fox will take the Natalee Holloway story anyday.
