Absurd Priorities

On July 4 in the early morning hours there will be a space module colliding with a comet in outer space. A huge hole in the comet the size of two football fields will result allowing the space module to pass by to study the inside of a comet for the first time in history.
This fascinating information was cut short on FNL because there was yet another Idaho press conference airing.A monumental astronomical event is just not important enough to Fox folk compared to a crime with a sex offender involved.
Earlier I posted that Live 8 had recieved no coverage on FNL. Well, the concerts did get a brief mention in the last hour. A clip was shown of all the people being treated for heat exhaustion in Philadelphia during the Concert. Of, course, there was no mention of what Live 8 was all about.
