Attention progressives: how to interview on Fox!

We've bemoaned for over a year now how dismally some progressives, liberals and Democrats perform on Fox News programs, key word being "perform". They agree to be interviewed expecting respectful, intelligent debate of issues, pleased to have an opportunity to get their points and message out to an underexposed audience.
C'mon! Get with the program! On Fox these so-called interviews often degenerate into abusive lectures by the host, a shouting match of one with the stunned guest appearing timid and unsure. We at News Hounds agree with the observations and suggested techniques found at Daily KOS and suggest future guests on FNC take heed!
