Is THIS Fox's Definition of "Fair & Balanced?"

Neil Cavuto led today (May 25, 2005) with three segments about whether or not there is a housing "bubble." (Maybe, in some parts of the country.) The first segment was a report by Fox's Terry Keenan, the second segment was an interview with mega-real estate developer/owner Sam Zell, and the third was an interview with Donald Tomnitz, the CEO of "America's builder," D.R. Horton.
Comment: I'm still trying to figure out Fox's definition of "fair and balanced." Maybe this is it: interview two people! It doesn't matter all THAT much if they both say the same thing, does it?
