BradBlog reports circles around "Fox News, real journalism"
Reported by Chrish - April 20, 2005
If you want to see real investigative reporting you'll need to turn off your TV and click on over to Brad Friedman's in-depth BradBlog.com , featured today on the weekly BlogCall arranged by Bob Fertik of Democrats.com and hosted on RadioLeft.com (Tuesdays, 12:00 and 6:00pm ET). You can download and/or listen to this call and others, archived at whiterosesociety.org .
Brad Friedman is all over the Baker/Carter Commission on Federal Election Reform, beginning with the appointment of Bush-loyalist James Baker III as co-chair. Brad covers the Talon News-like ACVR , "American Center for Voter Rights", which surfaced on the Internet on a Thursday and was invited to appear before Congress the following Monday.
All this investigating and rabble(that's you)-rousing has gotten the attention of Dr. Robert A. Pastor, Executive Director of National Election Reform Commission, who says the many emails he's received regarding the commission constitute harrassment. You can follow links at BradBlog to let Dr. Pastor know that you value your First Amendment rights.
Comment: Brad Friedman is taking a lot of grief but he is instrumental in getting this untouchable issue out there, forcing the MSM to cover it. Please help to keep up the pressure - visit his blog to find out more, much more.
During the call Brad also announced that Larisa Alexandrovna has posted a terrific visual aid, which she calls simply "the map" , detailing connections among right-wing supporters and operatives. Thanks to her for putting that together!
