Vast Left Wing Conspiracy

Michelle Malkin, hosted for John Kasich tonight, managing to take all the heart out of Heartland with her nasty arrogance that sharply contrasts Kasich's style. When Byron York came on to plug his new book, Vast Left Wing Conspiracy , Malkin was in her element and only too happy to pump York for some dirt about the Left.

Byron York told Malkin that Republicans often dismiss the left wing organizations like Moveon.org but, in fact, the Left is well funded, smart and dedicated.York said that there may be a time when people grow tired of Republicans (gasp) and the Left is building a big political machine in anticipation.
Malkin didn't dwell on that issue and was anxious to hear some negative stuff about Michael Moore.York claimed that he discovered that Fahrenheit 9/11 did not have the political impact that was claimed by Moore and Moveon. In fact, York said, it only did well in a small number of blue states and performed below par in red states.
Then Malkin wanted to hear about Al Franken and Air America making the false claim that the ratings are bombing.York claimed that he was not sure he could call his discussion with Al Franken an interview. " It was a long talk about how we were not going to talk."
Comment: Michelle Malkin is still floating on her cloud of dominant superiority but Byron York was more respectful than dismissive of the Left. The power is shifting and I think York realizes that fact.
