Julie Banderas - Reporter or just playing one on TV?

Julie Banderas, a recent addition to Fox News and frequent commentator on the Schiavo case, not only opines during supposed reports but sometimes reports falsehoods as fact. Most recently on Special Report with Brit Hume 3/31/05, she was introduced by Brit with "We have two reports, beginning with Julie Banderas", so the expectation of a factual report was not unreasonable.
She "reported" that "her body was carefully carried away in this white van...this morning the end of a difficult, an extremely difficult time for two families fighting for fifteen years over the fate ...."
The same falsehood was repeated a moment later: "...it was also her will according to her husband and legal guardian, Michael Schiavo, who has spent fif-teen years dodging the the Schindlers' appeals..."
Comment: They were not fighting the entire time. They worked together for some years before Michael gave up hope, and only then did the Schindlers challenge his decision and legal rights.
