John Gibson is incensed at being treated like you and I.

Reported by Chrish - February 6, 2005

I caught John Gibson's "My Word" 2/3 and he is coming after the TSA (Transportation Security Administration) with a vengeance. Even though he was prepared for the routine screening, the line was moving extra slowly because there was "on-the job training" going on. When Gibson spoke up about how long it was taking, he was taken aside for a more thorough search, resulting in him missing his flight.

Welcome to the world of the little people, Mr. Gibson.

He intends to further use his position to rail against the TSA and their policy of training searchers in the actual airports rather than in contrived situations.

Comment: Funny how we're all supposed to come together and quietly share the burden of "the new reality" of post 9/11 intrusions in the name of national security, but let one of these ELITISTS suffer the same inconvenience/hassle and that's a different story. (I guess this is why Hannity and others won't fly commercial.)

I don't fly much. Last time I flew someone late for his plane ran through the security checkpoint at LaGuardia and got lost in the crowd. The concourse was emptied and everyone had to be screened again. I could not see the end of the line behind me, and it took 2 1/2 hours for me to get through. All the flights were delayed which had a domino effect across the country. I missed my connection and ended up getting home 5 hours late.
I'm sure many of you have horror stories of your own. Post your stories hear (the condensed versions, please) and let John Gibson know he's in good company.
