House Majority Whip Roy Blunt repeats the big lie on Fox' Big Story

On 2/2 Big Story with John Gibson, in the course of an interview with Missouri Congressman Roy Blunt (NOT to be confused with his son, Missouri Governor Matt Blunt), the (disproved) connection between Iraq and the terrorist attacks of 9/11 was once more imparted to Fox viewers.
After discussing Social Security piratization, which he is in favor of, Mr. Blunt made the following statements; "The undeniable facts here are, we have terrorist enemies. We were under attack. They were encouraged by the governments in Afghanistan and Iraq..."
The rest is not germaine to my point.
Comment: This man, in a Congressional leadership position, is still disseminating the misinformation that has been disproven by the 9/11 Commission. Yes, the Iraqis celebrated the destruction of the towers, but the government did not encourage the attacks...they were not involved with them before the fact. John Gibson, often quick to interrupt or overtalk guests with non-conservative opinions, did not correct him and ended the interview shortly after with an OK Congressman, thank you.
