Could Elections in Iraq Affect Social Security?

Neil Cavuto has been on his best behavior the last few days but it looks like he might fall off the wagon Saturday. Here's the text of an advertisement Fox is running for Cavuto's Saturday morning show:

Comment: There's a link between the Iraq elections and Social Security? That is going to be a very interesting segment indeed. I can't imagine how Fox will make a connection because there isn't one.
