More Cheesecake, Less Meat

How many times do I have to hear the tape of Debra LaFave saying to her underage student/lover, "Uuhh (in a sexy voice), you're being weird?" I stopped counting after 5. There are two instances of it on FOXNews.com (accompanied by photos of the attractive blonde) and God knows how many times Alan Colmes played it on his radio show last night.
In "Teacher Tapes," the video on FOXNews.com, reporter Orlando Salinas says self-righteously about the purported affair, "It's wrong, it's rape." Nevertheless, he shows no compunction about playing the salacious snippets of LaFave's conversation for all those values voters that FOX is always crowing about.
Meanwhile, over on Alan Colmes' show, Alan spent nearly an hour reading and discussing some of the juicier details of the alleged affair from Smokinggun.com and commenting on the "hot booking photos." But he played the tape throughout the three-hour show.
So while I'm waiting for at least one story on FOX with all the details of Arnold's peccadillos (a tape to accompany it would be nice, too), I'm also looking for coverage of the Tom DeLay scandals (not as sexy but waaayyyy sleazier) and the criminal investigation against Dick Cheney's former company, Halliburton (admittedly a bit dry but we're talking big money here). Oh yeah, how about detainees being tortured in US prisons? No sex that I know of but plenty of violence. Maybe if we can blame it all on Clinton...
