O'Reilly Complains NY Times Made Too Much of Abu Ghraib Torture
Reported by Ellen - November 23, 2004
In a pre-taped segment on The O'Reilly Factor last night, O'Reilly complained about the New York Times making "a huge deal" out of the Abu Ghraib torture scandal and going "crazy" over the hundreds of missing TONS of explosives in Iraq that the US military failed to secure. To O'Reilly, the coverage was due to the Times' agenda "Let's get Bush out of there," rather than concern over legitimate news stories.
Comment: I guess this means that the Times should be covering the same "real news" that you find on FOX all the time: Scott Peterson, the Swift Boat Vets, Memogate and now Basketbrawl. Anything else is just biased.
