Hey John King - We Know Better

John King just reported on CNN that Bush is "trying to decide" where to give a "big speech" to his supporters tonight.
John King, a veteran White House reporter, knows that can't be true. He knows Bush doesn't go anywhere without meticulous pre-planning. Why would he say something like that? Could it be that we're to believe Bush is "just a regular guy?" Could it be that Bush is trying to influence California and Hawaii? If Bush does speak, will the networks carry it live and, if so, is that free campaign air time?
