ABC- Good News from PA

Local ABC in Philly had some good news for Democrats.
John Kerry 80% in Philadelphia. All the Republican suburbs are also going for Kerry too. Although the numbers for Kerry are 14 pts above Bush, they have not called PA for Kerry.
Allyson Schwartz D. U.S. Congress
Joe Hoeffal D 51% U.S Senate
Arlen Specter R. 47%
This upset between Hoeffal and Specter is amazing news. However, ABC called the race for Specter despite the numbers. When the Network switched to our local affiliate at Democratic HQ , they were celebrating a victory for Hoeffal and knew nothing about the network's projection. Very odd.
