Truth be told...

Reported by Chrish - October 28, 2004 -

David Shuster on Hardball with Chris Matthews quoted Bush's statement "...and a political candidate who jumps to conclusions without knowing the facts is not a person you want as your commander in chief" and said that he (Bush) just made the Democrats argument for them...and they should use it in a last-minute commercial.

Ron Reagan made the excellent point that if (heavens forbid) Bush wins, we are in bigger trouble than we anticipate because at least 50% of his supporters believe Saddam had WMDs and believe there is a Saddam/AQ connection. They are, he said, delusional. It's refreshing to hear some blunt liberal truth-telling after months of Fox-watching.

And, OT, I'm totally bummed I didn't think of the excellent article title on Slate "Al QaQaa hits the fan". LOL!
