Might That Be Us Colmes Wanted to Rail Against?

Reported by Ellen - October 27, 2004 -

Alan Colmes just went on a bit of a tear on his radio show about liberals criticizing him for not being liberal enough. He specifically mentioned liberals' complaints about him working for FOX. Then he said, "Should I rail against that website?" Apparently, his producer told him not to because he said, "OK."

Hmm, would that be us he wants to rail against? If so, I'd like to point out a few things to Mr. Colmes:

1. I never said he wasn't liberal enough or that he shouldn't work for FOX. I complained about him being too complicit with the conservative agenda I see on FOX.

2. He complained about liberals complaining because he said he thinks Kerry will lose the election. "I'm not a cheerleader for the Democrats," he said. "I call it the way I see it." Fair enough and I'd like to note that no one on this site (that I know of) complained about his opinion of Kerry. But I'm not a cheerleader for liberals, either. I call it the way I see it, too.
