On Special Report Friday October 15, Laurie Dhue gave us a big smile and said the second time's the charm! She was talking about the electronic voting machines in Florida and tests run on them this past week.
Dhue tells us "The election supervisor in Palm Beach County says the systems there are ready to go. The test was scheduled for Tuesday, but a server crash delayed that. Critics say the failure shows how vulnerable the systems are."
Comment: Not necessarily critics...just concerned citizens afraid their democracy is going down in flames this year.The lack of media focus on this subject, the cavalier and/or mocking attitude, is perhaps the biggest failure of journalism this country has ever seen. On FOX it got a bright smile and a "but now everything is ready to go" dismissal.
