Carl Cameron Still Showing His Preference

FOX political correspondent "Campaign Carl" Cameron, under fire from News Hounds and MoveOn.org, for his demonstrated bias against Kerry and for Bush showed his true colors again tonight while appearing on Fox News Live with Alan Colmes.
Discussing Tuesday night's vice presidential debate, Cameron said, "Cheney has still-waters-run-deep charisma."
Apparently, Cameron was unaware that most of the listening public doesn't find Cheney quite so charismatic. According to DuluthNewsTribune.com on September 30, 2004, Cheney's "lightning-rod character has helped sink his overall approval ratings in recent months. A nationwide poll, taken less than three years ago by the nonpartisan Pew Research Center, found 59 percent of Americans had a favorable opinion of Cheney. This month, the same poll shows the vice president's favorable rating has slipped to 43 percent."
