Getting Their Fact-Checking Straight

Reported by Judy - October 6, 2004 -

Dick Cheney made a big boo-boo in last night's debate when he directed viewers to a website "factcheck.com" to get the truth about his deals with Halliburton. Fox and Friends tried to repair the damage for their friend today (Oct. 6)

The fact-check.com website, as we already revealed, is actually a website featuring George Soros, who is opposed to Bush's re-election.

The Friends' co-hosts made sure they have the correct web address for the University of Pennsylvania's fact-checking site, which is factcheck.org. It was giving busy signals all morning.
