Fox's Financial Show Mantra

Reported by Melanie - September 7, 2004 -

John Kerry didn't fare too well during a round table discussion today (September 7, 2004) on Your World w/Neil Cavuto on Wall Street and the election. The concensus was that the market has been stumbling because it's been worried that Bush won't be reelected; that Wall Street's concern about the outcome of the election is stronger than the concern about jobs; that it's "very worried" that Kerry might be elected; that the higher Kerry's numbers go the lower the market goes; that the job Wall Street is worried about is Bush keeping his job, and that once the polls show that Bush is going to win the market will go up.

COMMENT: There you have it, the election from the financial angle, brought to you by Fox News. Period. It's repeated over and over and over again, and has been for months.
